Hello & welcome to the Introduction page of my website.
My name is Jenny, i am a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher & Crystal Reiki Master Teacher.
Registered Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher, Registered Lightarian Reiki ™ Facilitator & Registered WhiteLight Self-Empowerment™ Teacher.
I Provide treatments for complete spectrum of persons and sometimes their pets!
The treatment which lasts about an hour involves the recipient lying down, fully clothed, with eyes closed whilst the Reiki practitioner places their hands on or above the body in specific positions. As the energy comes into balance, stress and tension is released and there is a deep sense of relaxation and a feeling of well-being.
Benefits include: Pain relief; Deep Relaxation; Calm and 'balanced' mind; increased energy levels; Positive mental attitude.
Reiki is a gentle yet extremely powerful form of energy healing. It is excellent for relieving stress, or rejuvenating energy and the immune system.
Any condition will benefit in some way from Reiki, because it promotes and enhances the self-healing ability of the body whatever ailment is presenting itself.
Relaxation is an integral part of the treatment; as such it is an excellent way of reducing stress and can therefore be as appropriate in the prevention of illness and maintenance of good health, as it can in the healing of specific conditions. It rebalances and aligns us back to good health dissolving any blockages we have created and takes us to a deep relaxed state of inner peace and harmony within.
Reiki is a natural and simple healing method which works on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Regular treatments can help us to face life's challenges with a positive attitude.
It is a safe option for people of all ages and with a wide variety of medical conditions - even mums-to-be.

Reiki Treatments. Reiki training, attunements to all levels.
Training manual, certificate & copy of lineage will provided on completion of each level
Hands on and Distance Healing. Distance Training can be arranged.

It is my calling as a Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui System of Natural Healing to 'Spread the Light' which is why I am committed to offering low cost Reiki Training on a 'one to one' basis, or in small groups of up to 4 people.
